Sandra Gruescu
Sandra is a German-British painter and handweaver.
Her painted works can be realistic or abstract, but often include words to express a feeling, a thought or a political viewpoint.
Words and language, and the culture that comes with them, are an important part of her work, also inspired by her sudden move to Denmark caused by the pandemic.
Sandra is also passionate about weaving and makes both practical things and woven artwork.
